There are some costs associated with going to school that you may find it helpful to plan and budget for.
These include:
uniforms
school books and equipment
excursions
- co-curricular activities.
Voluntary school contributions
Like all NSW public schools, we can request contributions to enhance our educational and sporting programs including elective subjects. School contributions help provide additional educational resources for the benefit of students. Payment is voluntary.
For more information, visit theĀ Voluntary School Contribution policy.
For assistance, please call the front office.
School books and equipment
Learning packs essential for all students. As such, they are heavily subsidized by the school and available for just $25 each for the first child in a family and $20 for each subsequent child. Students who buy a learning pack will be invited to a movie and popcorn session during Term 1.
Excursions
Each year all students participate in an excursion. Infants students have a local excursion while Year 5 and Year 6 students are invited on a two-night camp. We are always conscious that these trips can be expensive and do a considerable amount of fund-raising to help reduce the cost. Our aim is to reduce costs for parents by a third.
Financial assistance
If you are unable to pay school contributions because of financial hardship, you may be eligible for assistance from the school.
Our principal will ensure no student or family suffers any discrimination or embarrassment over the inability to pay school contributions.
